Hopes and dreams spring eternal and just now the birds are singing more vigorously - finding new relationships or restoring old ones. Plants are springing forth into new life and the trees are covered in buds. The frogs and toads are making their way back to their old haunts seeking new adventures and new fulfilment.

We humans are part of nature too. Encoded in our DNA are millions of years experience of renewed hope and a re-born zest for living life to the full. These resources - a precious gift from our ancestors are within each one of us. Not only in Middle Ages Christendom, but for thousands of years back in our pagan history, religious and spiritual groups have come together to celebrate the seeds of renewal that lied in each of us and to support one another in "making this my best year yet!"

For those for whom the winter has brought many trials, there is the task of letting go of misery and struggle to reconnect with the pleasures, privilege and joy of living on this sacred earth...
